OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
